Account privacy and useful diagnostic information
Look for separate explanations of account information, payments, diagnostics and website analytics.
Read the policy by data category
Look for separate explanations of account information, payments, diagnostics and website analytics. Check the purpose, retention and sharing rules for each category instead of assuming one privacy claim covers everything.
Protect your account
Use a unique password and review your current plan's device rules. Share only the diagnostic details support needs. Remove passwords, verification codes, payment details and private URLs from screenshots.
Use the official request channel
For access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact route in the current official policy. State the request clearly, send only necessary identification and avoid placing account secrets in public comments.
